Where to park. There is free parking further along Marine Parade and any other roads without yellow lines.

Entrance to number 5 is via the rear garden. There are 2 ways into the rear garden, via the front corner stairs take the stairs down to the left into the garden. Also via the rear garden gate and across the garden path.

Take the external stairs to 1st floor and entry is through the door via electronic lock. Push button timed lights are on each landing. Number 5 is on the top floor.

The apartment is no smoking throughout. Please do not smoke in the hallway or staircases both inside and out. If you want to smoke please go outside into the garden.

There are smoke and co2 detectors inside, as well as a cigarette smoke sensor which will issue a verbal warning as well as alerting the owner, this will keep our home an enjoyable stay for everyone

Sorry there are no dogs or pets allowed to stay.

Access to the property. Please be aware, there are 2 flights of stairs to the 2nd floor, no lift available.

We have motion activated night lights, which are situated in the hallway and toilet.

In case of a fire, please leave via the front door and turn left through fire escape door and down metal fire escape to the garden.
